We are excited to introduce to our *NEW* and delicious range of caramel sauces.
Our base recipe is a dark, sweet, sticky combination of sugar, thick double cream and butter all boiled and bubbled together until the
sugar turns through amber and gold to a dark, deep and rich caramel.
Try it warmed over ice cream, at room temperature spread on toast, as a sweet fondue dip for fruits, cookies and marshmallows or use as an ingredient.
It makes a magical addition to an apple pie or crumble and can even be used in a toasted banana sandwich!
It is the key ingredient in our Stickyjack and can be a glorious addition to your cooking too.
